The unique new 167,000 square foot FedEx facility was constructed following the demolition of an existing 30,000 square foot building. This new structure takes up a full block in the manufacturing zone of the West Village.

Developed on a build-to-suit basis, the Federal Express City Station location is the first multiple-level sorting center of its kind. Tractor trailers load and unload from the six interior bays at street level, while levels two through four provide access for delivery vans with 80 loading stations. The fifth floor accommodates 34,000 square feet of corporate offices.
