This new twelve-story luxury condominium project was developed on Arch Street in the historic Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia. Great care was taken to design a modern structure which complements the eclectic architecture and historic nature of the neighborhood.

The 66,000 square foot, concrete building features a zinc and brick facade with extensive glass. The condominium building features 30 state-of-the art residential condominiums units with a unique and sophisticated design.
