This historic 1800s textile mill was restored to create 114 loft-style apartments, 40,000 SF of commercial office space, conference facility, fitness center, yoga studio and café.

Project financing included historic tax credits and new market tax credits. The apartments are discounted for teachers and the office space is leased to nonprofit organizations serving the educational field.
