This existing six-story, 30,000 square foot masonry and heavy timber structure, originally designed and built for Julius Wile & Sons as a wine warehouse and distribution facility in the late 19th century, was converted by Brown Hill Development into luxury condominiums.

The property is located in Manhattan on the Southeast corner of 15th Street and 9th Avenue. The renovation and expansion consisted of the addition of four new floors, for a total of ten stories and conversion of the existing space to new, luxury residential condominium lofts. Completed, it is now 45,000 square feet and includes 20 residential units and 4,400 square feet of ground floor commercial condominium space.
